Manufacturing Scope

Chain Weaves & Geometries

Automated high-speed chain weaving combined with robotic diamond-lapping and master hand finishing.

Street Luxury Staple

Diamond-Cut Cuban Curb Chains

Interlocking twisted round links flattened and diamond-cut on twin or quad planes, providing crisp planar reflection and liquid drape around the collar.

  • Width Gauges 3.0 mm, 5.0 mm, 8.0 mm, 12.0 mm, 16.0 mm
  • Faceting Multi-plane optical diamond cut
  • Weight Class Heavy, substantial wrist and neck feel
Architectural Geometric

Franco & Square Box Chains

Dense, four-sided square chain weaves with four continuous flat mirror planes that resist kinking and provide great rigidity for holding heavy pendants.

  • Cross-Section True square geometric profile
  • Kink Resistance Omnidirectional flexibility without knotting
  • Widths 1.8 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.5 mm, 5.0 mm
Intricate Woven Drape

Diamond-Cut Rope & Wheat Chains

Multi-wire helical spiral weaves creating a textured braided cord aesthetic. Diamond-cut facets catch light from every angle with zero sharp burrs.

  • Weave Pattern Intertwined double-helix spiral
  • Surface Feel Ultra-smooth tactile handfeel
  • Widths 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm, 6.0 mm

Precision Production Workflow

From technical CAD validation to cleanroom quality inspection, our engineering workflow ensures strict repeatability.

PHASE 01

Engineering DFM & Blueprints

Our engineers inspect your 3D CAD files or reference samples to calculate shrinkage compensations, wall thicknesses, and tooling paths. Comprehensive 2D manufacturing blueprints are delivered for sign-off.

PHASE 02

Master Prototyping & Mold Tooling

High-resolution SLA 3D wax printing is combined with vacuum investment casting or 5-axis CNC machining. First-article samples undergo dimensional verification, tactile fitment, and finish audits.

PHASE 03

Multi-Axis Machining, Casting & Polishing

Batch manufacturing utilizes multi-spindle Japanese CNC equipment, robotic surface buffing, and master hand-applied satin graining. Pieces undergo strict optical inspection before plating.

PHASE 04

Class 10,000 PVD Plating & Cleanroom QC

All ionized PVD deposition and final packaging takes place in ISO Class 10,000 cleanrooms to eliminate airborne dust. Every completed piece passes 72-hour artificial sweat immersion and AQL 1.0 optical checks.

Procurement Guidance

Frequently Asked Questions

Common technical and commercial questions regarding custom jewelry manufacturing and private label supply.

Can we purchase jewelry chains in bulk continuous spools?

Yes. We supply continuous 316L stainless steel chains on 25-meter and 50-meter spools for brand workshops that cut and assemble finished products in-house.

How do you finish diamond-cut facets on stainless steel chains?

Our automated rotary diamond fly-cutters shave precision micro-facets onto the outer faces of the frozen chain links, achieving a mirror reflection that rivals precious metals.

Are all chain link seams welded closed?

Yes. Every individual link seam is welded using automated high-speed fiber lasers, ensuring links cannot stretch or open up under tension.

What clasps do you assemble onto finished necklace chains?

We supply heavy-duty lobster clasps, milled box clasps with double safety clips, and spring ring closures matching the chain width and alloy.
