Enterprise Integrity & Confidentiality

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & IP Protection Protocol

In luxury horology, fine jewelry, and proprietary hardware design, your 3D CAD models, aesthetic silhouettes, and mechanical tolerances represent irreplaceable intellectual capital. Fullion enforces institutional confidentiality frameworks to ensure your designs remain 100% exclusive, confidential, and legally protected.

Confidentiality Governance

The Four Pillars of Fullion IP Protection

We provide enforceable contractual boundaries combined with strict physical and digital access controls across our engineering offices and production facilities.

PILLAR 01

Bilateral International NDA Execution

Before you transmit CAD files, drawings, or component briefs, we execute an enforceable mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement under Hong Kong international commercial law. Both parties are legally bound to absolute confidentiality.

PILLAR 02

100% Client Tooling & Mold Ownership

All stamping dies, injection molds, CNC fixture jigs, and custom EDM electrodes paid for by the client remain your 100% exclusive property. We never repurpose, borrow, or run client molds for third-party production under any circumstances.

PILLAR 03

Encrypted Digital File Management

All CAD assets (STEP, IGES, SLDPRT) are hosted on private, air-gapped internal servers with multi-factor authentication. Access is limited solely to lead mechanical engineers and CAM programmers assigned to your tooling cell.

PILLAR 04

Strict Zero-Publicity Protocol

We never display unreleased client watches, jewelry designs, or metalware on social media, trade fairs, or website galleries without explicit written authorization. What is manufactured in our cleanrooms stays in our cleanrooms.

LEGAL ASSURANCE

Corporate Jurisdiction & Legal Enforceability

One of the greatest hazards for western watch founders and jewelry creators is partnering with informal domestic brokers where legal recourse is practically impossible.

Hong Kong International Contract Protection

Fullion operates with an international corporate structure registered in Hong Kong, paired with precision manufacturing infrastructure in mainland China. Our contracts are governed by Hong Kong law, providing western brands with transparent, internationally recognized dispute resolution frameworks, common-law courts, and enforceable intellectual property rights.

IP Security Benchmark

Fullion IP Security vs Standard Factory Practices

Evaluate how our institutional confidentiality protocols eliminate the risks associated with open-market contract manufacturing.

Security Dimension Standard Commercial Manufacturer Fullion Precision IP Governance

File Transmission Security Unencrypted emails and open third-party cloud folders Private encrypted server vaults with restricted staff privileges
Client Secrecy Prototypes displayed at Canton Fair or on social media Absolute zero-publicity policy without written client consent
Contract Jurisdiction Unregistered regional workshops with zero legal recourse Hong Kong commercial jurisdiction under international law

Frequently Asked Questions

Key operational details on how we handle proprietary designs, molds, and client identity.

Can we use our own company’s legal NDA template?

Yes. While we provide a standard bilateral NDA tailored to international contract manufacturing, our legal desk is pleased to review, sign, and execute your brand’s custom legal non-disclosure template.

What happens to our custom tooling molds if we pause production?

All tooling dies, fixtures, and molds paid for by your company remain your exclusive property. They are greased, sealed in moisture-proof containers, and stored securely in our tooling vault for up to 3 years free of charge, ready for reorders or transfer upon request.

Will Fullion ever disclose that you are the manufacturer for our brand?

No. As a dedicated white-label OEM/ODM partner, we maintain complete confidentiality regarding client identity. We never list your brand name, logo, or product imagery on our website or marketing collateral unless you explicitly invite us to do so.

How do you prevent factory floor workers from taking photos of new designs?

All production staff and cleanroom technicians pass through biometric access gates where personal smartphones and cameras are strictly prohibited in manufacturing cells. All technical drawings displayed at workbenches are barcode-controlled and shredded post-assembly.
