Precision Production Workflow
From technical CAD validation to cleanroom quality inspection, our engineering workflow ensures strict repeatability.
Engineering DFM & Blueprints
Our engineers inspect your 3D CAD files or reference samples to optimize wall thicknesses, gasket compression tolerances, and tooling paths. Comprehensive manufacturing blueprints are delivered for review.
Master Prototyping & Testing
First-article prototypes are machined via 5-axis CNC and assembled in our cleanroom. Each prototype undergoes dimensional verification, dry vacuum and hydrostatic water testing, and hand fitment audits.
Precision CNC Machining & Finishing
Batch manufacturing utilizes multi-axis Japanese CNC equipment, robotic surface polishing, and master hand-applied satin graining. Components undergo strict optical inspection before movement casing.
Class 10,000 Cleanroom Assembly & QC
All watch casing and critical sub-assembly takes place in ISO 14644 Class 10,000 cleanrooms to eliminate airborne dust. Every completed piece passes 48-hour mechanical timing and dual pressure tests.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common technical and commercial questions regarding custom horology manufacturing and private label supply.
Why do luxury watch collectors favor hand-wound watches?
Manual wind watches provide a daily ritualistic connection to the timepiece, allow much slimmer cases, and leave the movement fully visible without a rotor.
How often does a manual wind watch require winding?
Most calibers have a 44 to 56-hour reserve, meaning winding once every morning or alternate day provides consistent amplitude.
Is it possible to overwind a modern manual watch?
Modern mainsprings are made of resilient Nivaflex alloys. While there is a firm tactile stop when fully wound, the springs will not break under normal hand torque.
Can you integrate a power reserve indicator on the dial or movement side?
Yes. Select manual calibers support mechanical power reserve indicators displaying remaining tension.
