Watch Component Supply FAQ
Technical inquiries regarding component orders, tooling development, and custom prototyping.
Can we order individual components without complete watch assembly?
Yes. We regularly supply individual watch cases, dials, crystals, or custom handset runs to brands and watchmakers that handle final assembly and movement regulation in their local facilities.
How do you ensure hand collars fit our chosen movement?
We machine hand collets to exact movement technical datasheets (such as 150/90/25 for Seiko NH35 or 120/70/20 for ETA 2824). Hole diameters are verified using precision micro-pin gauges down to ±0.003 mm.
What files do you require to begin tooling for a custom case?
We accept standard 3D CAD formats including STEP, IGES, and SolidWorks PRT files. Our engineering team can also develop full 3D models and 2D manufacturing blueprints from your concept sketches.
Are your sapphire crystals tested for impact and pressure?
Yes. Our sapphire crystals undergo hydrostatic pressure testing corresponding to the intended watch case rating, as well as thermal shock and surface hardness verification before anti-reflective coating deposition.
