Manufacturing Protocol

The Integrated Engineering Workflow

A closed-loop manufacturing pipeline ensuring that raw alloy verification, machining paths, finishing steps, and assembly routines align reliably.

PHASE 01

DFM Feasibility & CAM Toolpaths

Our manufacturing engineers inspect your 3D CAD models, generating multi-axis CAM toolpaths, calculating cutting tool deflections, optimizing draft angles, and preparing 2D production blueprints.

PHASE 02

First-Article Machining & CMM Audit

Pilot batches are machined on 5-axis equipment and routed directly to the metrology lab. Every critical datum, gasket groove, and thread pitch is measured using 3D CMM coordinate probes.

PHASE 03

Multi-Stage Finishing & PVD Deposition

Components pass through multi-stage ultrasonic degreasing before robotic polishing and master hand-applied satin brushing. High-vacuum PVD chambers deposit durable gold, DLC, or gunmetal films.

PHASE 04

Class 10,000 Assembly & Functional QC

Cleanroom technicians handle movement casing, crystal pressing, and handset fitment. 100% of completed assemblies pass 48-hour timing calibration and dual dry/wet hydrostatic pressure cycles.

Technical Guidance

Frequently Asked Technical Inquiries

Common questions regarding machinery capabilities, material lot certifications, tolerances, and contract manufacturing scope.

What materials can your CNC machining centers process?

We machine surgical-grade 316L and 904L stainless steel, Grade 2 and Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), marine-grade bronze (CuSn8), aerospace aluminum (6061-T6, 7075), solid brass (H62/C36000), and specialty ceramics.

How do you verify material purity and composition?

Every incoming alloy batch is certified with full Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and independently verified via optical emission spectrometry to ensure precise chemical composition, density, and absence of lead or harmful impurities.

Can you handle partial manufacturing processes such as PVD plating or machining only?

Yes. While most brand clients utilize our turnkey OEM/ODM production, we regularly support specialized sub-contract runs including 5-axis CNC casing machining, custom handset stamping, laser engraving, or bulk PVD plating.

What is your highest achievable water resistance rating?

Our hydrostatic test chambers test cases up to 100 ATM (1,000 meters / 3,300 feet). We engineer deep-sea diver cases equipped with automatic helium escape valves, thick synthetic sapphire crystals, and triple O-ring screw-down crown systems.

Are client tooling and mold designs protected under NDA?

Yes. All 3D CAD models, CNC toolpath programs, and custom stamping dies are treated as strictly confidential under legally binding bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements. Tooling is dedicated solely to the client of record.
