Precision Production Workflow
From technical CAD validation to cleanroom quality inspection, our engineering workflow ensures strict repeatability.
Engineering DFM & Blueprints
Our engineers inspect your 3D CAD files or physical reference parts to optimize toolpaths, clamping datums, and tolerance stack-ups. Comprehensive 2D manufacturing blueprints are delivered for review.
Master Prototyping & CMM Audit
First-article pilot samples are machined on 5-axis equipment and routed directly to the metrology lab. Every critical datum, gasket seat, and thread pitch is measured using 3D CMM coordinate probes.
Batch Machining & Artisanal Finishing
Batch manufacturing utilizes multi-axis Japanese CNC equipment, robotic surface buffing, and master hand-applied satin graining. Components undergo strict optical inspection before movement casing.
Class 10,000 Cleanroom Assembly & QC
All watch casing and critical sub-assembly takes place in ISO 14644 Class 10,000 cleanrooms to eliminate airborne dust. Every completed piece passes 48-hour mechanical timing and dual pressure tests.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common technical and commercial questions regarding our machinery capabilities, materials, and contract manufacturing standards.
Will laser engraving damage the water resistance of watch casebacks?
No. Caseback laser engraving is performed on thick caseback stock and planned so that cutting depths remain well outside structural gasket compression zones.
Can you engrave serialized numbers and unique codes?
Yes. Our automated software interfaces import client CSV databases to engrave sequential serial numbers, alphanumeric batch IDs, and high-density micro QR codes.
What is the difference between laser annealing and deep engraving?
Annealing gently heats the surface to grow a dark passive oxide layer with zero metal removal, whereas deep engraving vaporizes metal layer-by-layer to create three-dimensional relief.
Can you engrave inside the band of small rings?
Yes. We utilize specialized angled rotary chucks and long-focal telecentric lenses to reach into small ring interiors down to US size 3.
