How quickly will our technical inquiry be answered?

Initial acknowledgments and standard technical evaluations are dispatched within 24 business hours. For complex CAD multi-part assemblies requiring custom tooling estimates, full quotations are delivered within 48 business hours.

Can we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before sending drawings?

Yes. We routinely execute bilateral NDAs with international brands, microbrands, and design agencies. You may send your company’s standard mutual NDA or request Fullion’s standard industrial non-disclosure contract.

Can we schedule an in-person visit to your manufacturing plant?

Yes. Clients and brand procurement representatives are welcomed to tour our Dongguan manufacturing facilities, inspect cleanroom casing suites, and review production lines by scheduled appointment.

Do you handle international door-to-door freight and customs?

Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS air express, as well as sea freight and consolidated air cargo. We provide complete export documentation, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin for smooth customs clearance.
